Power and Speed Boot Camp
Want to increase your clubhead speed to hit the ball farther? Now is the time to get ready for the 2012 season!
Program includes:
----Increasing Clubhead Speed (we will measure your clubhead speed, ball speed, and carry yards every session w/radar)
----Help in strengthening the golf muscles
----Understanding resistance and speed training
----Understanding the body angles needed to produce power and speed in the golf swing
----Train with specialized aids to increase “fast twitch muscle response”
----Video analysis optional to check for power leaks
*Class size will be limited to 6 students for a quality learning environment. More class times will be scheduled as needed.
Pricing:
$70.00 for approximately one and a half hour individual lesson.
